It does as you say in that recording sound very much like a light hearted victorian period movie theme. As a Sri Lankan, a neighbouring nation of India, I have always admired the soul stirring grandeur of the national anthem of India, and its great meaning, which is in my opinion one of the best I've heard (among which, maybe not very strangely, I include the Afghan national anthem, Bhutanese anthem, the anthem of Myanmaar, Tibet and of course Sri Lanka). Maybe my south asian origins are betrayed by my choices here, and my origins probably make me more attuned to oriental music, or maybe it is simply bias. However here are two far superior renderings of the Indian anthem for your consideration, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oPdHbeVb3l0&feature=related (played using familiar western instruments in the orchestral style) and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bh26zOjIh9I (here it is rendered using mainly Indian instruments and vocals) I really hope you can give a listen if you have some time, and maybe reconsider the previous score you gave? Thank you so much.

Re: National Anthems: The Gambia

According to the book I'm reading -- Elephants, Lions & Eagles: A Journey Through African Football by Filippo Maria Ricci -- The Gambia is also known as "the suppository of Africa".

Re: National Anthems: Belgium

Here's a beatbox version:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uWafrY5JktQ

Re: Pigfucker XIV

I have been notified of your comment.

Re: Pigfucker XIV

Test

Re: Dev notes

Got it.

Re: Big Truffle in Little China

I like this.
